House in the woods | Belgium
A door appears in the middle of the forest. Could it be the gateway to another dimension? Designed by Yuma studio’s Christophe Rivart, the “House in the woods” is well-nigh invisible because its ALUCOBOND® naturAL Reflect cladding acts like a mirror. So, as the extensions added to the simple wooden house vanish behind the reflective façade, we see a forest instead of a building. This is optical illusion at its best – architecture lets nature take centre stage.
