Lakeside home| Switzerland

A large, impressive house built using distinctive, geometric shapes. Jutting out towards the lake, the cubistic upper floor is supported by a curvilinear golden column – a conscious contrast employed by the architects at Loos Meer. The eye is drawn to captivating views of the water in the nearby lake through the panorama windows. The slightly recessed glass frontage generates an interesting play of light and shade on the smooth, dark ALUCOBOND® façade. The matt, metallic finish of ALUCOBOND® anodized look gives the building a subtle, timeless quality.
